Welcome to KOVE, where thoughts become actions through the collective voice of our older residents in NW6 and beyond. As well as being a cherished community action group, we are a dynamic force committed to enhancing the lives of older individuals by addressing their needs and concerns – be it through regular activities, our weekly walking group, monthly forum and more.
At KOVE, we stand tall as social campaigners advocating for essential amenities such as public toilets and accessible benches as we work to actively address the forgotten concerns of the older community. Our multifaceted approach revolves around three key pillars: community development, creative and digital initiatives, and support and activities. Membership is free.
Partnerships
KOVE has worked, and continues to work with a number of organisations to support different causes. We have a community partnership approach, working with different agencies and engaging them in joint project work to improve delivery of services. The participation of older people and service users is key to this approach. We also make films with local people to highlight particular issues and problems. Please see our list of partners below for details of the groups we currently work with.
