Bench to Bench is an exciting initiative aimed at promoting community engagement and fostering a love for walking. Our walks offer participants the opportunity to discover hidden gems, learn about local history, and connect with fellow walkers, all while enjoying the great outdoors. Aside from the first Wednesday of each month, which is dedicated to supported walks in Kilburn Grange Park, Bench to Bench is a popular choice for members to meet on a weekly basis and get some outdoors exercise before convening for a hot drink in a local cafe.

Our Bench to Bench Kilburn walks take place in Kilburn and surrounding areas like Kensal Town and West Hampstead. Recent locations include Kensal Green Cemetery, Paddington Recreation Ground and West End Lane.

Our Bench to Bench London walks tend to have a historical or thematic focus and are often longer in both distance and duration as we venture out into other parts of London. Popular recurring destinations include Holland and Regent’s Park, with members recently exploring The East End, Stoke Newington, and Russel Square.
